Listed below is a summary of the business background and expertise of the two Executive Directors:

Keith Falconer has had a career in financial markets, which starting in 1967, covering stock broking, banking, corporate finance and corporate management. He has had extensive experience in dealing in securities, debt and equity raisings, underwriting and prospectus issuance.
Keith has held Directorships of a number of Public and Private Companies. His previous work experience includes senior management positions with ES&A and ANZ Banks and Treasurer – Ford Motor/Ford Credit. He has held management roles in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets with stockbrokers A.C. Goode & Co., McIntosh Securities, Hoare Govett (London), F.W. Holst & Co. and Gillon Securities, and was Chief Executive Officer of Bourse Data Ltd.

Peter Bellomo has had a career in financial markets, which started in 1975, in a number of senior management roles. He has extensive experience in money markets, fixed interest securities and derivatives trading, domestic and international funding, systems selection and implementation, asset/liability risk management and general management.
Peter was formerly a General Manager at Treasury Corporation of Victoria, the central financing authority for the State of Victoria, which at the time had A$35bn balance sheet, he has a Bachelor of Economics Degree from La Trobe University and a Company Directors Diploma from the University of New England. He has been an Occasional Lecturer for the Securities Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Member of the Australian Society of Corporate Treasurers.
GENERAL
FBC has Australian Financial Services Licence No. 244315 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
FBC provides support and advice to companies through the development and expansion capital phase with review, testing, risk management, planning and preparation, to presentations with possible investors, partners and relationships, based upon retainers and success fees.
FBC has an extensive domestic and international network covering institutional and private investment managers, banking, stockbroking, legal, accounting, government, corporate and high net worth individuals.
